2. Captain (3) Well experience in F & B service as Captain, 3 - 4 years as Restaurant Captain, Male or Female age 20 - 25 years
3. Pastry Chef (1) Pastry Chef experience in Bakery & Cakes. 4 - 5 years as a Baker, Male of Female age 25 - 30 years
4. Cook (4) Experience Cook 4- 5 years, Muslim, age 20 - 30 years, International Food or Dishes, Male or Female
5. Waiter/Waitress (8) Good looking, Speak and write Malay & English, Well experience in service, Male or Female age 18 - 25 years
6. Steward (6) Hard working, experience as a Steward, Age 20 - 25 years, Male
7. Asian Cook -CDP (2) Experience Cook 4- 5 years, Muslim, age 20 - 30 years, Local, Asian and International Food or Dishes, Male or Female
8. Kitchen Helper (3) Experience as a Kitchen Helper 2 - 3 years, Muslim, age 20 - 30 years, Must be flexible to assist other kitchen duties, ,Must be Male
